How many hours per day?

I was adviced by my dentist to wear the Invisalign for atleast 22 hours per day.

I think this is the most common number of hours that the aligner should be worn.

Fortunately for me, It was easier because I was on an Intermittent fasting. That means, I only take my aligner out when I eat for lunch and dinner. My lunch is usually about 15 minutes, and my dinner is about 30 minutes. I take snacks sometimes but not more than 30 minutes in total.

Also, during the pandemic, I was working from home and less going out to restaurants with friends, so that helped a lot too!
